Bamboo Graphite 14 ft Cane Pole

I bought this item with the assumption that it was a bamboo rod, reinforced with graphite, which seemed to be what was shown in the original picture. Instead, it's a cheap plastic pole with a microscopic veneer of bamboo wrapped around it. I wanted to return it after purchasing it, but the company never responded to my email. I decided to make the most of it and use it on a recent fishing trip.... The tip broke as I was setting up the rod, so I never even got the chance to use it.

This is basically the same as the cheap telescoping rods sold on eBay, except they sell for less, and those sellers would probably respond to your email. Don't bother with this junk.

This was an excellent purchase.. very pleased with the high quality and workmanship. It even catches fish.. More than a novelty it is really a quality product and fits the use for which it was made...
