The rod is more like a 10wt as such I lined up a size and paired it with a Nautilus CCF 10. This rod is sweet, cast like a scalded hog super smooth, a little stiff but like I said why i lined up a size. Tip has plenty of flex making it very sensitive. if i could afford it I would buy two more in different sizes.
