Decent though weak draw. Can't support much weight, line cutter by itself but nothing heavier. Due to it's limited utility in the field I've take to using it to hold my ID card; a task to which it's quite well suited though I'd prefer a clip rather than the pin. But when wearing hospital scrubs the Pin is fine and stays on quite well.
