Words can hardly express the - ahem - SHOCKING Disappointment experienced with this item.

We bought this item Satyrday at the local sporting goods store to fillet some crappie we caught up on Lake Weiss Friday. On-or-about Crappie #8, it started Blowin' Smoke And Sparks out of the Hindermost End. Back it went and in no time flat. Boy-hidey. Lauri Rapala must be rollin' over in his grave, hunh.

Bought two, one for my dad and one for me. Both didn't make it through the season. I also bought them for x-mas and my blade was broke when I opened it so I had to buy a new one. They did work great on catfish and wipers doing a total of 40 fish by mid season. Between those, these both broke before the end of the season. The converters also broke on one of them. The case also does not make it easy to store these items once opened. If they contacted me, I could give them some ideas.
