Rapala Rechargeable Cordless Electric Fillet Knife

I bought this knife looking for a decent cordless knife. I thought I finally found it. Worked great filleted like a champ. Went to charge the battery after about half a dozen uses. Cleaned about a 100 fish or so cleans about 20 fish per charge I thought that was great. Put the battery on the charger and now the batteries are either dead or the charger base is bad cause the batteries won't take a charge. And the charger won't light up. Knife is great but something else is built cheap. KNIFE IS NOT WORTH A $100 IN MY BOOK !!!! Maybe $49.99 is what it's worth. Can't find a phone # or order a new charger base over internet takes 4 to 6 weeks to order a new base after you print out a order form and send it in. RAPALA COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

No need to be always sharpening the blade like you have to with a regular fillet knife, and no cords to get in the way. Everything stores in a neat storage case which makes it easy to take along on trips. Holds the charge for a long time - we have yet to run into a problem with the charge dying in between uses. Having two different blade sizes is also a plus.
