The logo on the box is a good indication of the quality of this reel. The logo is two "R's" in a pattern similar to the Rolls Royce logo. This reel is the best I've ever bought, and I have about 8 reels of various makes and sizes. The smoothness of the retrieve, the smoothness and especially the "power" of the drag are exceptional. So is the price - but if you want a truly superb fly reel, this is it. The reels come in a variety of sizes: mine is for 8-weight line suitable for coastal species, big largemouth bass in lakes and streams, and salmon fishing in, for example, Alaska.

I recommend the reel without reservations. By the way, I use a right-handed retrieve and the change-over is quick and simple.
