The System 2 provides the angler with a heavy-duty hardworking reel system for hauling in big fish. The full frame and spool are made of durable, dependable aluminum alloy that is perforated for lighter, easier handling. Spools are counter-balanced for vibration-free runs and are inexpensive, facilitating quick streamside line changes. System 2 reels sport highly polished heavy-duty stainless steel dual caliper disc drag systems that employ fade-resistant drag pads and a palming rim design for added drag pressure. All System 2 reels are CNC-machine processed for tight tolerances and smoothness and polyurethane coated for corrosion and abrasion resistance, even in saltwater. Reels feature a large flat heavy-duty rubber handle, which provides a great grip for long, hard fights. System 2 require no tools to easily change from right to left-hand retrieve.
